Job Place is working in partnership with this award-winning Telecommunications company in Fareham, Hampshire for the recruitment of experienced New Business Telesales Executives. The company is located within easy reach of Gosport, Southampton and Fareham, with excellent public transport facilities.
This is a permanent role on a full-time basis working Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00. The company offers extremely competitive salaries along with an uncapped commission structure, OTE £35k. Other benefits include 28 days holiday (Inc. Bank Holidays) daily, weekly and monthly incentives, such as away days, vouchers and so much more.
The role of a Telesales Executive is to respond to supplied leads, introduce the company and services available with a view to closing the sale. Maximising every opportunity within the existing client base and identifying new prospects from referrals and self-sourcing company information.

They pride themselves on their customer service skills and are recognised for providing an outstanding service, subsequently they are looking to expand their New Business Telesales Team.
We are actively looking for applications from candidates with the following skills/attributes:
- Previous business to business telesales experience
- Tenacious attitude
- High levels of business acumen
- Proven ability in over achieving targets, both KPI and revenue based.
