We have an immediate requirement for permanent call centre agents to work in Portsmouth for a large Sunday Times Top 100 employer.

This is a busy and challenging role working in a busy Call Centre as a contact agent, dealing with primarily inbound calls relating to insurance claims.

Duties of a Call Agent are 
  • Answering calls within a specific time period
  • Updating policy details
  • Registering new claims
  • Advising policy holders of the process
  • Following up by email and calls

The hours are on a rotating shift pattern between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday with every other Saturday 9am to 5pm worked.

You must have the following skills
  • Outstanding customer service experience, preferably gained within a call centre environment
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Available to start immediately
