- We have an immediate requirement for permanent call centre agents to work in Portsmouth for a large Sunday Times Top 100 employer.
This is a busy and challenging role working in a busy Call Centre as a contact agent, dealing with primarily inbound calls relating to insurance claims.
Duties of a Call Agent are
- Answering calls within a specific time period
- Updating policy details
- Registering new claims
- Advising policy holders of the process
- Following up by email and calls
The hours are on a rotating shift pattern between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday with every other Saturday 9am to 5pm worked.
You must have the following skills
- Outstanding customer service experience, preferably gained within a call centre environment
- Problem solving abilities
- Available to start immediately
