- We are recruiting for an experienced, dynamic and analytical Sales Manager for an award-winning client in Fareham
This is a permanent position, managing a team of up to 10 Telesales Executives and will be responsible for the following
- The role of a telesales manager with this B2C organisation is to lead from the front, manage the telesales function ensuring all sales opportunities are maximised.
Managing Revenue and KPI Targets for the team
Supporting the Marketing Manager in campaign management
Producing and presenting Sales Figures for the MI Reports
Development of team individuals
Recruitment and Training

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday in core business hours but flexibility must be available to suit the hours of the business.
You must have previous success of managing a telesales team of multiple Telesales Executives and demonstrable experience of setting KPIs and Revenue Targets.
